When hiring a skip, the obvious question you’ll have is, how long do you have it for. Our standard hire period is for up to 14 days at a time, but here at Evergreen skip hire, we try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate all customer’s needs.
The best way to think of skip hire duration is usually up to 2 weeks unless a flexible term has been agreed with us. We understand time is of the essence, and many people usually carry out all their projects over the weekends during their free time. Evergreen Skip hire can also deliver skips on a Friday and collect the filled skip on Monday giving you full flexibility when completing your projects.
Our collection days and times can work around you and your project. The only time we automatically arrange to collect the skip is if there is a permit or licence involved with the skip hire. If the skip is placed on a public road, then we are required by the council to collect the skip on the final day of the permit. The council can charge fines of over £1000 if the skip is left on the road so it is imperative, we remove container in a timely manner.
The Evergreen team are here to help, and we will always do our best to assist and meet your requirements. If you would like to keep a skip for more than 2 weeks, please advise us of your specific requirements during your initial booking.
